About the product

The elegant, unbroken outline of its powdercoated frame gives CTR its name. Italian designer Piergiorgio Cazzaniga does with CTR what he is good at: making complex designs appear effortless. The collection is characterised by a tube in powdercoated stainless steel that follows the outline of the chair in one continuous line. The curves of the tube are solid which requires great mastery. With a lightness of touch the open weave of the backrest appears to float unsuspended around the seat. The weave is made of weather-resisant Tricord and gives extra support to the back. The seat is upholstered with a water-repellent cushion which can be easily removed. Materials: The frame consists of stainless steel tubular sections, powdercoated with an ultra-durable coating. The back is woven from Tricord, a weather-resistant and environmentally friendly fibre based on polyolefin. Colours: Frame: white and wenge. Weaving: linen and wenge.
