Our store offers shipping for all orders throughout Croatia. It is possible to deliver outside the Republic of Croatia if the buyer covers the shipping and customs costs themselves, which offers you an additional convenience when purchasing.


A return can be approved if no more than 14 days have passed since the order was received, and the return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Returns cannot be approved for custom-made products.

Designed by EMU D&S Lab, Ducale is an intriguing addition to the Shade by EMU range of centre-pole sunshades. The aluminium frame with its 8 ribs guarantees maximum stability, while the convenient telescopic opening of the cloth means that the furniture underneath doesn’t need to be moved. The collection is completed by a number of specially designed bases and an easy-to-apply kit of LED lights.

To keep the product in good condition for a long time, we recommend cleaning it regularly; more often in very damp locations with a marine climate. We recommend cleaning and storing the products in sheltered places during prolonged periods of non-use and during the winter.
