DODO Coffee table

The Dodo blown glass tableis made using the ancient Balloton technique, typical of the artisanal tradition of Murano master glassmakers.
The body of the Dodo glass table is characterised by a three-dimensional pattern of crossed diamonds, obtained from a metal mould. The tips contained within the mould, following blowing, shape the molten glass and create the typical faceted effect of the balloton process. A mandala design is created in the upper part, slightly off-centre at the point where the diamonds of the mould join, creating a decoration that recalls the petals of a flower or the perfect patterns, also taken from the Buddhist tradition, with which nature expresses its magnificence.
